Automated Tax Office Manager (ATOM) Privacy Policy

At Automated Tax Office Manager, LLC, to be referred as ATOM, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of the information you submit to us. We want your use of the ATOM web site, and the services we offer, to be productive and safe. Our Privacy Policy illustrates our commitment to your privacy and security.

When you register at ATOM, we request your name, email address, phone number, postal address, ZIP Code, state, and country. We use this data to manage registrations, and, when you place an order to contact you about your order. We may use your email address, mailing address and/or phone number to contact you regarding new product offerings and other aspects of your use of ATOM. If, however, you do not wish to receive such communications, you have the ability to "opt-out" at any time.

In order to take payment for your order, we collect credit card information. However, once the order is processed we shred your credit card information and do not retain it.
From time to time, we may ask you to answer surveys regarding current or future ATOM products. Participation in these surveys is always optional. Survey responses are only used in the aggregate, and are never linked to an individual. While our survey data is primarily for use within ATOM only, we may occasionally share the aggregate survey data with our development partners (e.g. web design, advertising and marketing agencies) in order to facilitate new product development.

ATOM has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. To ensure the highest level of confidentiality and security, it is our goal to clarify our policy on the collection and use of customer client data. We define customer client data as your company’s personal information and your client’s personal information. We will not give, sell or use your customer client data to any outside company for its use in marketing or solicitation. In addition, ATOM will not market or solicit your company’s clients. When you provide your customer client data to ATOM (such as name, company name, address, phone number, email, client Social Security Numbers, client Employer Identification Numbers, and electronic filing data), we will maintain its confidentiality and it will be used only to support your customer relationship with ATOM.

In addition, we limit employee access to and use of customer client data to further protect your privacy. Our primary goal of requesting customer information is to improve the relationship between ATOM and the customer.

Changes to Policy

If there is a change in our policy, we will post it immediately at www.atomanager.com.
