Yes, this is a very simple process as long as you can export your client data into an excel spreadsheet or a .CSV file. The ATOM support team will assist you with this process.
Data sharing. To prevent data duplication, ATOM shares the client data that you have already entered into your tax preparation software. ATOM pulls data such as client name, mailing address, phone numbers, e-file information, and RAL bank information directly from your tax software. By integrating ATOM with your tax software program, all your client data will be centralized, rather than spread across multiple software applications.
ATOM comes equipped with a report that identifies the location from which users log in or punch in. With this report you can easily identify if your employees log-in outside your office. Also, you have the ability to completely restrict access to ATOM based on IP addresses. This will allow you to choose which employees you’d like to give access to outside the office.

We can either permanently delete all your client files or we can export them to your office server in a format of your choice (i.e. SQL Express, MS Access, MS Excel or as a CSV file).
